Monica got into real estate twelve years ago for a simple reason: she loved walking into beautiful homes and imagining how a family could make a life there. She still does. Buying something extraordinary for yourself can feel daunting — even for people who’ve done it before — and Monica’s gift is making the entire process feel calm, clear, and handled.

Today Monica leads the Vélez Smith Collection alongside her husband Jeremiah and son Tristan — a family that shares everything, and brings all of it to every client.
