We came to real estate from three directions. Monica fell in love with walking families into beautiful homes and watching them picture their lives there. Jeremiah became one of the first in his family to own property and never stopped investing — in homes, and in the marketing craft he’s practiced for over two decades. Tristan grew up analyzing properties at the kitchen table and earned his license to help others build what our family has built.
